1. What HumanizeDraft Is

HumanizeDraft is a text rewriting tool. It takes text you provide and rewrites it in a more natural style — similar to how Grammarly adjusts your grammar or a thesaurus helps you find better words. You provide the input, we process it, and you get the output.

2. Your Responsibilities

You must have the right to submit any text you provide. Don't paste someone else's copyrighted work without permission.
You are solely responsible for how you use the output.
If you're a student, you must comply with your institution's academic integrity policies.
You must be at least 13 years old to use HumanizeDraft.

3. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use HumanizeDraft to:

Generate or distribute malware, spam, or phishing content.
Produce content that violates any law.
Circumvent our rate limits or abuse the service.
Resell or redistribute our service without written permission.
Submit content you don't have rights to.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or proprietary technology.

4. Accounts & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier is provided as-is, with limited word counts and no uptime guarantees. We may modify or discontinue the free tier at any time. Free-tier usage is subject to the same acceptable use policies as paid plans.

6. Intellectual Property

You own your input text and output text. We do not claim any ownership over content you process through HumanizeDraft.
We own the service, brand, technology, and all associated intellectual property.
You may not use our branding, logo, or name in a way that implies endorsement without written permission.

7. No Guarantees

We're transparent about what we can and can't promise:

No guarantee of undetectability. AI detection technology changes constantly. We cannot and do not guarantee that rewritten text will pass any specific detector at any given time.
No academic advice. We are a writing tool, not an academic integrity consultant.
No uptime guarantee on the free tier.

8. Limitation of Liability

HumanizeDraft is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Academic or professional consequences from using our tool.
AI detection results — whether pass or fail.
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Service downtime or data loss.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or abuse the service. You can also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but these terms continue to apply to any prior use.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of HumanizeDraft will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless prohibited by local law.
